As to your satisfaction questions

 

I always appreciate going into the service center and the staff recognizing me and calling me by name.  They were able to fit me in to have some of the work completed, although I have to go back on Thursday to get the remainder of the work done(my choice as I needed some done immediately).

Meg also called me at work, while my van was being worked on and mentioned that the belts were getting worn and that there would be no additional labour charge given the water pump was being replaced.  I did appreciate that additional consideration.

 

I have referred a number of people to you both to purchase vehicles but also to your service center(I think 6 have actually taken their vehicle in for an oil change)  They too have been impressed.

 

The only concern I had yesterday was that there was a large footprint of shop dirt on the floor of my van when I picked it up, now I had asked that it not be washed and vacuumed because I just did it on Monday myself and it was not necessary and I had an appointment I had to attend to. So this may have been cleaned up at that point had it been cleaned after the service.  I will assume that the mechanic didn't cover the floor as they usually do.  I was just a little annoyed as I had just done the cleaning the day previously.

 

I only mention it as I understand the value you place on customer satisfaction.  I will continue to do business with you for my automotive repair needs and will gladly refer any friends, colleagues and generally people I come into contact with to your organization.

I would  certainly  refer you as my service center  and the friendlyness and quality of your work surpasses any where I have ever had my vehicle serviced. Also your facility is the most comfortable I ever been in, it's almost a pleasure to have to get my vehicle seviced.
