"We are what we continuously think about."
We need to watch this. Are you always thinking about something negative and the negative thoughts or the negative outcomes that may come? Or do you think about the positives of it. What positive things can happen today? And what positive outcomes can happen in week, in a month? How things can work out.
A lot of people look at people and say, Oh, they're lucky. Everything always works out for them. No, watch those people go through life every day. They're happy when they wake up in the morning. They're positive about things. When something happens that's bad, they just kind of wash it off and think of how the positive thing that could come out of it. They're always looking for the best in everything. Those people have a smile on their faces all day long. They're happy. They're nice to everyone. And it just keeps, it spirals in their life and just good things come to them.
So it's just the thought, you are what you think about. So every once in a while, once a day, 10 times a day, even put a little reminder in your phone. Check yourself. What are you constantly thinking about?
