Shout out to Michael Keddy: Hi Chelsea, and thanks for the email! I just received a card in the mail from you.. what a great touch :) I would rate my experience with your team (Michael Keddy) 10/10. Moments after we arrived on the lot, Michael greeted us, assisted us, and let us try out cars we liked. He gave a tour of the building and premises and made me feel comfortable to ask questions while being knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. I felt that he cared about finding the right car for me opposed to just making a sale. YES! I already do recommend your business to friends and family. Honestly, I had my heart set on a Chevy Spark and the dealership was closed that day. For some reason your car dealership popped in my mind because I follow you on Instagram and always see the great vehicles people purchase. I think the customer orientated service really sticks with people- the song, the teddy bears, the dog, the personal videos from new car owners...(it stuck in my mind anyways!) and I am glad it did. This experience has been great. Tony made me feel welcome and appeared to be honest with me. I think he did his best to answer my questions and be helpful. I really like the fact that the cars are left unlocked at night, it gave me a chance to look the ALL over and sit in them and not feel ANY pressure. Question #1. Rate experience with your team. 10. Everyone was very welcoming, and helpful. #2. Would I recommend wheels and deals to my family/friends etc. Absolutely I would. And I have. #3. What brought me to wheels and deals was a few friends recommended me. Jared sponsored kyle. The atmosphere is excellent and every employee took the time out to say hi and make slight small talk on their way by. You can tell the employees are happy as it shows thru their attitude. Justin was above and beyond in trying to make sure the "customer"(me) was happy and time and everything convenient for ME not him. Great experience..

Shout out to Troy ... My Experience was a solid 10. This was the second vehicle we bought from Jim Gilbert and Troy. Troy is awesome to deal with. He puts a lot of effort into answering all questions and concerns and making the whole experience a positive one.
All staff at Jim Gilbert's are exceptional and very professional. It's great to walk away knowing that the vehicle you bought was thoroughly inspected and vetted, care and attention was put into cleaning it, there is a full tank of gas (you'd be surprised how many dealerships won't do that), and that if you do happen to have any issues, you will be looked after.
I would 100% recommend wheels and deals to family and friends. I have in the past and will continue to in the future.
I came to wheels and deals as a repeat customer. My experience was so great the first time that it was my first choice to come back.

As this being my first car purchase from a dealership and not knowing if I would be approved due to the lack of credit they were pretty sure I would be approved for something. Wow, Justin your the best.. I would rate my experience as a 10 actually. I was feeling frustrated and intimidated from previous experiences while searching for a car that would fit my monthly budget (my main requirement as a single mom). When my friend suggested we try your dealership, I told her I had already driven through but didn’t see anything older than a 2016 and figured I wouldn’t be able to afford those. She insisted we go anyway and it happened to be a very busy evening with all your staff busy helping other customers. We looked around but didn’t really see anything and were just standing by our cars discussing where we should go for supper when Justin came over. He was not pushy but although I was ready to give up, he asked all the right questions to see what was important to me, and told me that if I was willing to stay a bit longer, he thought he might have some options that weren’t on display yet that might fit my needs. He was right and I purchased my almost new vehicle the next day! It is perfect for my needs and far exceeded what I thought I would be able to buy. On top of that, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere was amazing and it really felt as though your employees are well taken care of and genuinely happy to work there! AND it is a family/dog friendly work place — it is those little things that make a big difference in making it a welcoming atmosphere. It all added to having a very positive experience!
